About Aztec P.R.I.D.E.

(Philanthropic Role in Development and Education)

The mission of Aztec P.R.I.D.E. is to provide students with a philanthropic role in development and education, and to foster student involvement in donor relations and stewardship. Student participation is essential to engage, recognize and cultivate philanthropy at San Diego State University.

Aztec P.R.I.D.E. members support SDSU's community outreach and philanthropy by representing the student body at presidential events.

*Please note Aztec P.R.I.D.E. members do not fundraise! They attend events and share their student experiences with guests.

Representing SDSU

As exemplary representatives of SDSU's student body, Aztec P.R.I.D.E. members attend presidential events and meetings sponsored by University Relations and Development.

Members engage and inform event guests about SDSU's exciting activities and programs.

Aztec P.R.I.D.E. students interact with influential alumni, corporate partners, donors, volunteers and friends of the university.
