Community College Leadership programs

Marilee Bresciani Ludvik, Ph.D. serves as Professor of Postsecondary Educational Leadership at San Diego State University.  Her work seeks to integrate interdisciplinary ways of knowing in order to re-design opportunities to optimize student learning and development and the assessment of those re-designed opportunities. Using a theoretical framework of attention and emotion regulation, she seeks to empower students into conscious and compassionate choice-making. With over 29 years of higher education administrative and faculty experience, Marilee assists administrators and faculty in seeing how mindfulness and Theory U processes can inform their design of transformational learning opportunities and their evaluation.  Marilee’s mantra is, “I teach what I am learning.”
