Summer Housing 2016
Living in San Diego State University Housing provides a great
way to experience San Diego during the summer. Our residence hall provides a
safe, comfortable and convenient place to call home. Please see below for
information about eligibility requirements, dates, rates, accommodations, meal
plans, and parking.
Applicants must be enrolled in one or more regular SDSU summer
courses with a valid Red ID number and in good academic
standing to be eligible to apply for summer housing. Students enrolled in course
with the College of Extended Studies are not eligible. Exceptions to these
requirements will be considered, but must be requested in writing and approved
by the Office of Housing Administration prior to the submission of the Summer
Housing License Agreement.
Summer Housing 2016 Dates
First available move-in: Friday, May 20 at
Last available move-out: Tuesday, August 16
at 12:00 p.m.
Summer Housing 2016 Rates
Double Room: $40.00 per night
Single Room: $46.00 per night
**One week minimum
Summer Housing 2016 Optional Meal Plan$12.00 declining balance per day. Meal plan funds are non-refundable and must be used by noon on the day of your departure.
A housing bill will be posted on your Student Account. Full payment
is required for a completed application.
Payment plans and
postponements will not be available. The
rates above are per person rates for a space in University Towers Residence
Hall. All residents must stay at least one week (seven nights). After the first
week, residents will be charged a nightly rate.
Double spaces are offered and will be available in University
Towers Residence Hall. Each room is equipped with a bed, desk and chair,
dresser, and closet/wardrobe for each student. The building floors are co-ed;
the rooms and bathrooms are single-gender.

The optional summer meal plan includes $12.00 declining balance
per day. Indicate your preference on your application.
Meal plan funds must be used by noon on the day you move out. Refunds are not available.
University Towers maintains its own parking lot. Parking permits
can be purchased at the University Towers front desk at the time of move in.
Parking Structure 5 can also be used. Purchase a parking permit
on your Online Student Account found at http://bfa.sdsu.edu/fm/co/sfs/

an ARC membership, please contact the ARC directly at
