Summer 2015 Housing
The summer housing application period is now closed.
Living in San Diego State University Housing provides a
great way to experience San Diego during the summer. Our residence hall
provides a safe, comfortable and convenient place to call home. Please see
below for information about eligibility requirements, dates, rates,
accommodations, meal plans, and parking.
You must be enrolled in one or more SDSU summer courses with a valid Red ID number and in
good academic standing to be eligible to apply for summer housing. Students must be enrolled in regular SDSU courses and not with the College of Extended Studies. Exceptions to these requirements will be considered, but must be requested in writing and
approved by the Office of Housing Administration prior to the submission of the
Summer Housing License Agreement.

If your dates include Summer Session 1 and Summer Session
2, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MOVE
RESIDENCE HALLS ON SUNDAY, JULY 5TH.
2015 Summer Housing
Double Room: $37 per night
Single Room: $43 per nightPlease note:
Your bill will be posted on your Student Account. Full payment is required for a completed
Payment plans and postponements will not be available. The
rates above are per person rates for a space in Chapultepec Residence Hall during
Summer Session 1 (May 21, 2015 – July 2, 2015) and University Towers Residence
Hall during Summer Session 2 (July 6, 2015 – August 14, 2015). All residents
must stay at least one week (seven nights). After the first week, residents
will be charged a nightly rate.
Single and Double spaces are offered and will be available
in Chapultepec Residence Hall for Summer Session 1 and University Towers
Residence Hall for Summer Session 2. Each room is equipped with a bed, desk and
chair, dresser, and closet/wardrobe for each student. The building floors are
co-ed; the rooms and bathrooms are single-gender.

U. You can purchase an SDSU parking permit at the Cashier’s Office.
University Towers has its own parking lot. Parking permits
can be purchased at the University Towers front desk at the time of move in.

Fees do not include membership to the Aztec Recreation Center. To sign up, please contact the ARC directly.
