Associated Students and Cultural Arts and Special Events sponsors the event in Montezuma Hall.
Associated Students and Cultural Arts and Special Events (CASE) is sponsoring the Native American Traditional Education Gathering, taking place 6–8:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 29 in Montezuma Hall.
The American Indian Color Guard, under the leadership of Stan Rodriguez, will present the nation’s colors. The Soaring Eagles, along with the Falling Rock Inter Tribal Drum, will host powwows during the event. Wildcat Singers with group leader Jon Meza Cuero, the only Native Kumeyaay speaker in California, will perform a blessing.
