The library wants to hear from you!

This spring the San Diego State University Library is conducting a five-minute web-based survey survey designed to measure the quality of library services based on student, staff and faculty perceptions. The library aims to improve services to the SDSU community by understanding patrons' expectations.

About the survey

The survey is available to students, staff and faculty from March 5 through March 25. The survey includes 16 questions and takes about five minutes to complete.

The questions cover three aspects of library service, including attitude of staff and access to information.

The survey is completely anonymously and answers are not linked to respondents' identities.

To ensure that all members of the SDSU community have access, there are dedicated available computers in the library that can be used to fill out the survey. There is a link on the library’s homepage, or the survey can be accessed here.

Incentive program

As an incentive, students who complete the survey are entered to win gift cards to Starbucks and the Aztec Shops and the grand prize features a Kindle Fire. Everyone who participates is helping the library to better serve the SDSU community.
