Sewer Plan Completed

The plan provides information on spill response, operation and preventative maintenance.

San Diego State University has completed the campus Sanitary Sewer System Management Plan and is providing this notification to the campus community for review and comment.

All publicly-owned sanitary sewer collection systems must have a plan for a potential spill event such as a sanitary sewer overflow. The plan includes information about spill response, operation and preventive maintenance, reporting and audit requirements.

It is available for review at the Environmental Health and Safety Department, located in CSL-106.

For questions, contact Alvin Shoemaker at 619-594-6098.  If you wish to review or comment on the plan, please call him to set up an appointment.
