The San Diego State women's soccer team moved up to No. 4 in the final National Soccer Coaches Association of America poll.
The Aztecs return to action on Saturday, and will host Cal State Northridge in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. The contest is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start at the SDSU Sports Deck.

The ranking is now the highest ever achieved by an Aztec women’s soccer squad, bettering the previous high of No. 6 accomplished on Oct. 16.
The Aztecs also moved up to No. 2 in the NSCAA Pacific Region poll, trailing only Stanford. Fellow Mountain West member New Mexico also received votes in the poll.
San Diego State, which moved up to No. 5 in TopDrawerSoccer.com's field of 64, won the Mountain West Championship last weekend. SDSU beat UNLV 3-0 and New Mexico 2-0 for the conference championship.
The Aztecs are now 19-1-1, which marks the best win percentage (.929) in the NCAA this season.
