Nominate an outstanding faculty member by Feb. 18.
All members of the university community are invited to submit nominations for the annual SDSU Alumni Association Awards for Outstanding Faculty Contributions to the University, commonly known as the Faculty Montys, for the 2013-14 academic year.
Each year, one faculty member is selected from each college, including the Library and Information Access and the Imperial Valley Campus, for an award of $500 in recognition of contributions made to the university, or on behalf of the university.
Contributions may be made through teaching scholarship, professional activity, or other service, and may be on a university, community, state, national or international scale.
Recipients of the alumni awards will be recognized for their achievements during the fall 2013 semester.

Nomination forms are available on the Faculty Affairs website under Awards.
Please submit the completed nomination form to the appropriate dean’s office by Monday, Feb. 18. Each nomination should include no more than four pages of justification for the award.
