LGBT Lecture Discusses Travel and Tourism

The fifth Finding Leadership Under Identity lecture begins at 6 p.m., Feb. 26, at the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center.

San Diego State University will host the fifth Finding Leadership Under Identity Lecture beginning at 6 p.m., Feb. 26, at the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center. This lecture will discuss LGBT Travel and Tourism and is free and open to the public.

Finding Leadership Under Identity is a series of lectures focused on the LGBT community. Past lectures include topics such as LGBT homeless, veterans, and elderly.

Speakers

The speakers for this lecture include Charlie Rounds, Ken Bruce, and Shannon Roberts. Rounds is the managing director of Brand G vacations and will speak on security conflict in other countries for LGBT Travelers.

Ken Bruce is the Partner/Owner of Bruvion Travel and will speak about the industry, where it began and where it is now and his personal experiences within the industry.

Shannon Roberts is a San Diego State University student who has studied abroad in Spain and will speak on her personal experiences there.
