About Eisenberg

Eisenberg comes to SDSU from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, D.C. where she served as program director and professor at the school’s real estate graduate program.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in real estate and a juris doctorate degree at Arizona State University. She also earned an LL.M degree in taxation from the University of San Diego’s School of Law.

“I am honored to have been selected to lead the SDSU’s Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate,” Eisenberg said. “I look forward to working with the students, faculty and staff as we increase the center’s outreach in the business community and work to expand the center’s excellent reputation nationwide.”

Gangaram Singh, interim dean of SDSU’s College of Business Administration, spoke of Eisenberg's credibility. “We welcome Dawn to the College of Business Administration and we are confident that she will provide the skills necessary to build upon the center’s already outstanding reputation for real estate research and expertise.”

Eisenberg will take over the position as director of The Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate from Michael Lea, who will stay on at SDSU’s College of Business Administration as a visiting professor of real estate.
