The Campanile Foundation is a 501[c][3] created to support San Diego State University. The Foundation is audited by an independent public accounting firm annually to meet corporate governance requirements of the State of California and the California State University system.
The financial reports describe the assets and liabilities of the Foundation and the composition of the net assets in terms of donor restrictions. These net assets support students, faculty, programs, and capital outlays.
