The TNS help desk has undergone reorganization and now has a new name and new look!

The help desk will now be known as the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Help Desk. The help desk is located in Love Library, room 200, and can be reached via phone at (619) 594-5261, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

ETS Help Desk information, forms and documentation can be found on their new website. Bookmark the link as a future reference to quickly locate current technical information related to e-mail clients, Meeting Maker and Notify Link, as well as other current campus technology and software resources.

About the ETS Help Desk

Connie English manages the ETS Help Desk, with Christopher Clements serving as lead technical consultant.

As a unit of ETS in Business and Financial Affairs, the ETS Help Desk is focused on providing excellent customer service to SDSU faculty and staff in support of various computing technologies. The ETS Help Desk continues to:

  • Provide support for e-mail clients and Meeting Maker
  • Provisioning Notify Link accounts and Accessible Technology Initiative training accounts
  • Distributing various site-licensed software packages.

The ETS Help Desk's mission is to provide secure, highly responsive, state-of-the-art technical support to meet the diverse needs of the SDSU community.
