SDSU’s Employee Assistance Program presents its latest lunch and learn workshop, "Retirement: Are You Emotionally Prepared?," from noon–1 p.m., Wednesday, April 13.

Individuals spend a great deal of time and effort planning for their financial concerns associated with retirement.

Have you considered the emotional impact this major life adjustment will have on you and your families? This seminar is geared toward employees nearing retirement and reviews the eight phases of retirement that begin long before you actually stop working.

To RSVP, contact Patty Schell at pschell@mail.sdsu.edu or 619-594-7900.
