Virtual “Walk-In” Advising Hours are hosted weekly on Wednesdays, from 1:30pm – 3:30pm (PST). When you join virtual “Walk-In” hours, you are placed in a ZOOM virtual waiting room. Advising is handled first-come, first-served. Advisors will evaluate your questions and if more time is needed, will refer you to our appointment scheduling system. The session will be locked 10 minutes prior to the end of the posted hours. Please review the calendar on the right of the webpage to view which advisors are scheduled, and to access the ZOOM session link.

On occasion, focused group or topic “walk-in” sessions will be hosted. These will also be listed on the calendar of events. Check back and review the calendar description when these sessions are posted.
